"This property is a true scam in every sense. This is NOT A RESORT!
These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units.
The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. We slept on a couch because the beds were very dirty and the pillows had puke on them.
The apartment had a gas leak...

"The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows open and bedroom door closed"

Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivés selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . Le responsable decide tout de même de nous loger dans un appartement en attendant qu’une chambre puisse se libérer car il avait loué la notre ! "L'environnement était très bruyant toutes les nuits et le niveaux de propreté général de la résidence est médiocre. La literie est également décevante. Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement).
