"It was good about everything"

"Nice hotel right across the main highway from the ocean. Beautiful view from large windows. Room walls are somewhat rundown as are other small things like doorknobs and cabinet doors. AC was not working properly. After confirming with receptionist, said they’d send someone, but no one ever came. Only stayed one night (less then 24 hours total) or would have pushed harder."

"This was a great hotel especially for families. I wish that bottles of water were included as a perk. The only downside was the master bathroom had sliding doors which didn’t close properly and there was no privacy as the doors had slits. Otherwise friendly staff, clean and breakfast was good."

"I grew up in Fes. I know traditional. This is traditional/modern. I like the vibe. It’s not “stenciled” over a normal wall. This is true craftsmanship everywhere. The house can be quiet and one feels awkward speaking out loud. But truly amazing. The shades close and darken the room which was amazing for my jet lag when I needed dark. The hospitality is outstanding. There is street parking. The breakfast is delicious and authentic Moroccan. The room is spacious. It’s not the best sunlight coming...

"The breakfast was fresh and delicious overlooking the ocean on the 4th floor. The hotel is really clean and less than 1 year old. The room was spacious and felt more like an apartment. Only downside is it's about a 1.5 mile walk to the medina/souq but it's only a few minute walk to the beach. It's such a beautiful and relaxing place. I would stay here again when i come back to Essaouira. "
