"We are in the hotel for many years every Xmas. It always welcoming on a good level. Despite some typical Egyptian quirks, the area still boasts charm and natural beauty. Don't forget the windless bay of Ras Um El Sid (Fanar) which is vital in winter. Big sandy beach is also rare in the area."

"The food was terrible and unsatisfying; it was reheated, not fresh. There was in my room only one tea bag, sugar, and hand soap. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or any other toiletries. I called reception to ask for some hot drinks, like a packet of Nescafe, but no one brought anything. I won't be coming again."

"The value you get for the price is great but you don’t get internet in the rooms; you get it only in the lobby. Also, there is no a/c in the lobby but you get it in your room. You do get free breakfast and staff is helpful. Overall the price is great."

"The hotel was amazing. The place is quiet and clean. The resort house room we stayed in was very close to the beach. It was amazing to swim there as it was not crowded. They have a nice snorkelling site well maintained The staff were super nice and helpful, they were polite and there for us 24/7. They also can suggest differents activities and tours with good prices Highly recommended, We are definitely coming back!! "

"The hotel was fine, and the workers were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Chef Mustafa from kitchen , David from reception, Maria from animation team. The only problem with the hotel was internet connection. There is no free wifi in the rooms, only in lobby but the connection was very poor. Thats very strange in all inclusive hotel that the internet is a problem."
