electricity problems

the electricity was down 4pm on our third day they used generator generator can support air conditioner 3am on our last night of stay I woke up in sweat, the airconditioner unit was not working again the staff gave me an electric fan

The hotel is in dire need of a make over. Th owner should reinvest some of that high room rate ( for the condition of the room) into new shower head, or toilet paper holder and maybe some small shampoo and conditioning. If you book, insist on room 11, otherwise you get view of coconut tree.

Small rooms. Bathroom needs a good clean. Grouts all black. Shower heads mouldy. No WiFi in the room. Bit over priced for what it is !!!

Hôtel propre et bien situé

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel dans une chambre située au rez-de-chaussée avec vue sur mer. Les chambres sont propres et l’établissement est très bien situé à proximité des commerces et restaurants. Il y a un petit balcon privatif très agréable avec une superbe vue et le personnel est sympathique. Par contre, un wifi de qualité moyenne accessible uniquement dans le hall. Des nuits un peu bruyantes car des jeunes écoutent de la musique sur la plage contre l'hôtel. Cependant nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour.

Ratos nos quartos, fujam dessa pousada nojenta

Hotel bem localizado, na frente da praia onde partem os passeios. O atendimento na recepção é bem frio, pouca atenção. Ficamos em um quarto de madeira, o quarto é ridículo, muito sujo e da para ouvir qualquer um passando pelo corredor ao lado ou no quarto de cima. Podia ouvir o ronco do vizinho de quarto. Mas o pior foi que encontramos um rato no quarto e ao avaliar a minha mochila vi que ele havia mordido algumas barras de cereais. Experiência terrível, pessoal da recepção não quis nos trocar de quarto e não achamos outro hotel livre.

Superbe pension !

On ne peut pas etre plus près de la plage, car l'hotel est SUR la plage ! Un bonheur ! un hotel sympa, qui a ce petit coté aventure avec des terrasses en bois, une chambre en bois et bamboo. La vue sur la mer est un très grand plus ! Le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse en admirant la plage et l'eau, que demandez de plus ?! Le personnel très agréable. Attention wifi catastrophique. En bref, Une très belle expérience !

bay-side hotel - basic, clean and helpful.

Great hotel, our room faced the beach. Rooms are basic, with a wet bathroom (which is common across Asia), breakfast is also good. Good location away from the main noise of El Nido. This was my second stay at Rosanna's. They do have rooms that do not face the beach, so just check what you're booking. Reading other reviews, its clear that some people come to El Nido expecting city-level service and facilities. El Nido might be 1 hour flight from Manila, but its still remote, with limited and under developed infrastructure--power, sewerage, electricity, internet, roads, health services.

The only good thing is the view from the balcony

We booked this hotel in March 2017 via Expedia for stay from 1-3 Jan 2018. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff could not find our reservation. She tried to search our booking reference number, name and even in cancellation lists but without success. She told us to call Expedia to sort out the problem. With no other options, we had to make an international roaming call to Expedia. The staff at Expedia were going back and forth with us and the hotel, giving other reference numbers for the hotel to search but still nothing. All this time we had to talk to different people from Expedia and hold the call while they contacted the hotel. The call lasted more than 30min which we were billed about US$60. Although staff from the hotel and Expedia were trying to help but we were not satisfied with their method. When we told the staff at Expedia to call us back once they had sorted out everything, they just kept on telling us to hold. The hotel staff also looked very confused and didn’t know how to deal with the situation. They did offer us to check into another hotel and give us a cost difference refund if that other hotel costed less but could not give us an answer to what if it costed more..? It was just a very frustrating situation. In the end, with our luck, one of their guest checked out earlier than expected, so we eventually got the room we wanted. The room had a nice balcony with the view of El nido town and the sea. I will never book through Expedia again. Bad experience!

Good place near the beach.

It was good. But the smell from the toilet if you let the door open is horrible. The room she give us is room 9 so the view is coconut lol but i see half of the beach even I pay for beach front.
