"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room initially assigned to me the aircon wasn’t working properly. The maintenance crew arrived very quickly and assessed the issue. The management decided to change our room rather than us wait the two hours for repairs. We really appreciated their efforts to ensure our comfort. No issues with anything else"

"Very basic small room in need of refurbishment, lots of worn paint , broken toilet seat and no plug in sink. The only choice for breakfast was sausage, rice and greasy fried egg."
