"Breakfast wait staff worker Mike (lady) was so very nice, freindly, and helpful....There was no toaster, system for checking in for breakfast was inconsistent....Diner was spotty, due to no cook....sometimes had bar food, sometimes not, even though they advertised specials....and they closed early. "

"One of the main reasons I choose this hotel was the heated pool, so I could swim with my baby. The pool was freezing the entire time. We called the first day and was told they would let the maintenance guy know, but he wouldnt make it until the next day. We checked the next day still freezing called the desk and the receptionist was extremely rude and told us thats just the temperature and there's nothing we can do and hung up on us, so we never got to swim with our baby. We went for the complimentary breakfast the first morning. My wife wanted bacon when we went they said they ran out. A bunch of kids came and ate all of it, but there was still two hours left of serving breakfast and they weren't going to make more, so we went to breakfast some place else and didnt even try the other mornings. The sheets and curtains had stains all over them. All and all I would not stay again. I would not recommend staying here to anyone."

"Property was beautiful! Room was huge, balcony was ideal, and location was quiet, scenic, and relaxing. The staff member at check-in wasn't the friendliest, but overall the staff were great. The spa and steakhouse are phenomenal!!! I was disappointed that I wasn't able to enjoy the live music in the Tack Room, as the staff explained that amenity is for club members only after 4pm. I feel if paying a daily resort fee, that should qualify for member access for this type of entertainment. "

"The rooms were stocked very well for an extended stay hotel. No pots, plates, cutlery, etc. were provided unless you purchased onsite. So either they expect you to travel to the hotel with kitchen supplies, purchase supplies and travel home with supplies or by a bunch of disposable stuff which doesn’t really fit they’re “green/eco friendly” agenda. The kitchen only had a dish towel and two thin plastic Dixie cups. So that was really disappointing. They nickel and dime a lot. Their house cleaning was every two weeks. If you needed more towels you had to pay for it. The room itself was comfortable and the parking lot was well lit. But as an extended stay place they overall make it a little inconvenient. "
