Although there was no Kleenex tissues in the room when requested little packets were brought. Also, there were no washcloths. Everything else was terrific. We ate in the restaurant a late lunch and it was a terrific price fix and the food tasted delicious and was more than plentiful. We would stay here again. "Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,"
