"I’ve read many complaints that honestly don’t make sense, so here’s my perspective. We arrived very late after a long flight and were warmly welcomed by Alexander and Yeisha. From the start, they made us feel at home—even though we live in the U.S. and were traveling back to Puerto Rico, our homeland.
