"We refused to check in and had to find other local accommodations. The directions were off by 1 mile, requiring getting locals to help find the place. When we got there we found 1) No way to secure our belongings, since door locks were not working, 2) no A/C in the main rooms and 90 degrees without fans, 3) Open access from the public beach, 4) cockroaches, 5) bad neighborhood without the listed local restaurants and shops, 6) Poorly maintained pool, barbeque, and other amenities. "If you’re planning a vacation with your fam I would like to recommend Las veraneras resort but be aware that their Hotel most be amazing but is totally different if you booked online for a “rancho” communication with this type of agencies is terrible also they better improve with the cleanliness. Check in was easy. Besides all that I loved the big pool they have for kids and family we well spent the day at the veraneras resort. "The place was dirty and the smell from the sink is horrible there were no towels and blankets provided only one room has ac the other 3 room no air conditioning and they have a tiny fan that aren’t working properly the house was so hot not worth staying in there the house has potential but needs an upgrade is common sense to provide essential stuff in a house like towels and blankets to the beds and air conditioning"
