"Great value for a two bedroom in an ideal location. Very modern with lots of natural light, and a great desk area in the living room for this digital nomad! Be aware you are located in the heart of the party in Medellin so the street and area around the apartment are very loud until 2-3am. "

"Had a great time at the property. Turned into my favorite hotel out of my 2 dozen times or more staying in Medellin. It appeared as though construction was being done around the hotel and the area, so the view was a bit underwhelming but a great place to stay when you want to relax but also enjoy the local culture."

"Great location and very comfortable. The host is great and very helpful. Nice kitchen and living area. Upstairs balcony. The music is loud at night from the bars next door but it’s a fun neighborhood and it gets quiet later. Mini markets and lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby. "

"The property was ok. Beautiful house but a bit run down. Not enough utensils in the kitchen for cooking and eating. The swimming pool is amazing, clean and heated. The dry sauna works well. The wet sauna does not work and the jacuzzi is not operable. The garden is one of the best features, it felt like paradise. It is a great place for a quiet family stay. Housy Host's best asset is Wilson, the person that takes care of the space while you are there. He is very attentive, while giving you all...

"This property is awesome!! The hotel is beautifully decorated with large glass windows and doors that leads you to a large deck with a beautiful view of the Rock and the lake . There is large hot tub on the deck which was great . The breakfast they delivered and served in our Chalet was delicious . There were 6 of us , there were 2 queen size beds in the bedroom and a queen size bed pullout bed in the living room , only drawback with that is the living room doesn’t have a black out curtains...

"I stayed for 2 nights at El Pescador Guatape. The appartment was well maintained and located just out of the center of Guatape. The contact with Juan (host) was very easy and he had good suggestion for activities and dinner places. Overall great experience. "
