"Tinha tudo pra ser o melhor hotel da ilha, o lugar onde ele está situado, em cima do mar é sem comparação, simplesmente lindo, perfeito! O hotel é antigo, as mobílias são antigas, me parece que falta uma manutenção e atualização. O hotel é all inclusive mas não sei falar em relação a comida. Unico que usamos foi o restaurante tailandês que ela sob reserva e estava bem bom. O café da manhã é super básico, nada de mais. O acesso a praia privativa é incríveeeeel! Continuo na opinião que falei...

"Well you can only get food when your room is available and when you complain they are indifferent. The management is terrible especially maia fernanda at customer service she has no idea how to deal with customers. Also the food is very misleading they will say fruit in a puff pastry and it has ham, also the alfredo which doesbt have ham come full of it. And when you say somethinf they dismiss you. I have fixtures and video of the mistreatment vut im only allowed 400 characters"

"Hotel simples mas que atende bem ao propósito. Quarto amplo, cama confortável, boa roupa de cama. Ar condicionado e WifI bons. Café da manhã bem simples mas suficiente para começarmos o dia. Pessoal da recepção muito simpáticos e solicitos. Localização excelente, pretíssimo da praia, da rua de badalação, do comercio. Ótimo custo-benefício!!"

"This is a very nice place. The location is very good (10 minutes walk to the centre and 5 minutes to the nice beach). I liked the small kitchen, quiet pool on the roof and the breakfast."

"O hotel é incrivel! O quarto era ótimo, bem grande, com ar condicionado novo e com chaleira elétrica para fazer café ou chás. O banheiro era imenso e com limpeza impecável. Os funcionãrios são muito prestativos e atenciosos.
