"We found the cities to be in a great location clean comfortable and had a great restaurant."

"Clean, spacious, relaxing vibe. Patio was beautiful, spent evenings with family out there. No trash cans on site other than small room trash cans, so you will need to bring bags and discard offsite. Enjoyed the stay though."

It was the last room and took 2 hours for us to get into the room. Wifi only works in the Lobby, not in our room. Ice machine located outside our door and very noisy. Phone not connected. Shower dials broken and about to fall off the wall. Housekeepers only left decaf coffee every time. Much improvement needed!!!!!"

So they switched us to another room the toilet hadn’t been flushed the door didn’t shut all the way. There was a used wash cloth on the sink. The parking lot had used needles in it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

"Well… at first the hotel seemed OK then as we got into our room, we noticed there’s only one nightstand with one lamp. They did have another floor lamp across the room, but it didn’t really brighten up the area. Why do hotels only give two large towels most women need two towels my wife was not happy. "The property is old and the rooms have outdoor access. Amenities are not convenient to the rooms. A second level room requires stairs. An adjoining room to the check in area, to purchase breakfast, was most uninviting. The bathroom was nicely remodeled, but mounted bath products had to be squeezed hard to get even a trickle. This stay was just okay. It should not be rated wonderful on Expedia."

"We loved our stay at Casa Escondida. From beginning to end, the communication was excellent. Our food preferences were asked for, and our instructions for getting there were clearly defined. The breakfast was superb both days, and our chef shared local information and what we might like to see for that day. All the staff were so nice, and the people staying there at the same time as us were equally lovely."
