I went down to the desk to ask a question and even with a line forming behind me, two receptionists ignored the line to keep answering the phone and help one guest at the register. Wouldn't even look our way or acknowledge us. I understand being busy but they either need to staff more people or provide better training on how to handle busy situations. It does not...

"We spent nearly an hour to check in because our reservation was lost. Then we get to our that was below subpar. Everything was either old, cracked, or peeling. The two main lights didn’t work, so it felt like a dungeon. NO basic amenities were provided, no hand soap, wash cloths, coffee maker or iron. The beds were beyond uncomfortable, I could feel every metal spring in my body. Only one sitting area in the “kitchen.” The TV was the only good thing in the room. Thankfully, it was only for one...

"Property seems like it is new and is in good condition. Traveling as a family of four the room with two double beds and a pullout was quite small. The rooms do not have queen beds. They are truly double beds. We ended up getting another room to fit our family better. Breakfast was decent and the location was close to the airport, but not too close that it was noisy. "

"We just used this hotel as a landing spot from a late flight. We just needed a place to eat and sleep. From my experience the restaurant food was well below standard for a Hilton Hotel. The rooms did not feel particularly clean and the queen size beds appeared to be closer to doubles than queens. Unlike most all the other hotels we stayed at on our trip, this one charged excessively for parking which when you add it in to the cost of the stay, we should have booked a nicer hotel. "Front desk representative acknowledged me as I walked up to the desk but then turned his back and continued talking with some co- workers, another representative had to come from the back to assist me. If he worked in the hotel where I work, he would have been disciplined."
