We attempted to arrange an Uber to the airport, but just as it was scheduled to arrive, we were notified that no drivers were available. Taxi service was also unavailable, as this is a smaller town. When we asked the front desk if there were any other options, they immediately stepped in to help. Within five minutes, the Human Resources Director came out from the back office and told us he was bringing his car around to personally take us to the airport. We were genuinely surprised and incredibly grateful—it was service above and beyond anything we expected. If I ever have the opportunity to return to Stevens Point, Wisconsin, I will absolutely stay here again."

"In town for a funeral. Arrived to find out the King rooms (which we reserved) were ALL on the second floor and NO elevator. Not good with ambulatory issues. Agreed to a double queen room on 1st floor, but then told none are available. Put in single queen room with handicap access bathroom (not needed) with questionable cleanliness."
