The facilities are in disgraceful condition, the accommodation smelled of mold, there were rodent droppings on the balcony, and the premises are completely neglected. "We had such a fantastic stay at Lesante Classic and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality family holiday in Zante. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The team were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay—always ready to help with a smile and clearly committed to making our holiday special. Our room was amazing: comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The daily housekeeping was excellent, so it was always a pleasure to return to a fresh, well-kept room after a day by the pool or exploring the island. The food was also a real highlight. There was plenty to enjoy, but the all-day menu served at the cafés and pool was especially great—delicious, convenient, and perfect for relaxed family days without needing to interrupt the fun. Lesante Classic has the ideal atmosphere for switching off and spending quality time together. With its welcoming staff, beautiful and immaculate rooms, great food, and laid-back setting, it made for a truly memorable family break. We cannot wait to return!"

"We absolutely loved it here! It was the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon. Our room came with a giant jacuzzi bath and private large pool. It’s a short walk to the crystal clear ocean for your own private beach (exclusive to the resort) the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The food and service was amazing! The only thing I will suggest is more Greek cuisine options. Everything is very pricey as well so come prepared. The included breakfast was incredible and they have everything you need including transportation, rental car service, spa, gym, and four restaurants to eat at. They clean your room twice a day and provide fresh towels snd robes every day too. We highly recommend this place if you want somewhere exclusive, romantic, peaceful, and luxury."

"Very nice clean hotel. Location was perfect for the activities we had arranged. 25 min to airport, and almost the same to go downtown. Little bit noisy in some rooms that face the main street but nothing to worry about. Excellent staff very helpful but a little bit overpriced. Overall is a very good and pleasant place to stay"

"Modern base with great staff, but mixed for families with older kids We spent 8 days here in early August as a family of four. Overall, the hotel offers modern comfort and friendly service, though several aspects could be improved for family stays. Rooms: Modern, spacious, and very accommodating with comfortable beds, great storage, and an excellent shower. Housekeeping was daily and pleasant, though floors needed more thorough hoovering. Nighttime noise was an issue, with younger guests below behaving inappropriately in private swim-up pools. Dining: The restaurant is clean and well laid out with attentive, polite staff. However, the buffet area feels small, food variety is limited, there is no dedicated kids' corner, child-friendly choices are minimal, and the snack bar needs more options. Location & Amenities: Excellent location close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and activities. The pool is nice but lacks waterslides, and there is no entertainment for kids aged 6+. Additionally, while the staff were welcoming, we experienced uncomfortable staring from some Eastern European guests towards our mixed-race family. A solid, clean hotel, but better dining variety, more activities for older children, and less nighttime disruption would improve the family experience."
