"While this is an older property we had everything we needed. Clean, quiet, every staff member was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, eating area was small but we just went up to the room and ate. Hopefully the in room coffee makers will continue to be replaced with Keurig coffee makers. I don’t usually sleep well in hotels but I slept soundly in a comfortable bed every night. Great stay"

"I only stood one night and had to leave early in the morning before I could get the free breakfast. Unfortunately, I had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room, asthey were shortstaffed that day and the rooms were not cleaned prior to arrival, so I had to wait."

"When I got there, I was checked into a very dirty room once got changed. The whole lounge area when you walk in was trashed. I’ve been to many Hilton properties and never have I experienced this from a Hilton property."

"Our room,bath,lobby grounds all clean and nice. The outdoor seating needed attention...and this was at 4pm...still remnants of breakfast. Food stuck to the sides of the table. Outdoor hottub was not working. We didn't eat breakfast there but it looked ok. Bed and pillows all comfy and clean as well as our bathroom. Convenient location and the view of the mountain from the outdoor patio and I assume some of the rooms is beautiful! AC WORKED GREAT."

"The rooms are unique and well maintained. It seems to me that the nicer/larger rooms are not available via Expedia, but rather only via their Website. However the standard room itself was great. Very good strong AC in the standard room. They have beautiful grounds with nice little hikes all around. It was lovely to stay there and be able to hang out on the castle outdoor plaza/patio when the day visitors (for the high tea times) had left."
