"The room was not cleaned well. The room and the sheets had a weird smell. The bathtub and the toilet had hair and something on them as well. The area where coffee and amenities are had a lot of dust and little hairs. This was probably one of the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever been in. I had good experiences with Marriott before this stay but this one was really disappointing."

Getting a person in a wheelchair through the doors was very difficult...so much so that we did not stay our last night.
