"Stayed here to visit Miami Oxford, which is a short scenic drive. New hotel, upon arrival customer service was fine and still I’m sure working out the kinks. Just handed the key, didn’t go over breakfast hours or where our room will be etc. I had to pull the details out. Room is just your standard basic room. Clean, slept well. Breakfast was a C at best. Very very basic continental food. I would stay again, it’s right by Walmart and other local stores too. They have an outdoor patio but it’s definitely not private. There is residential housing and their backyard backs up to it. Very odd. Cute town and good price vs paying tons more to be closer to campus. "

"They shouldnt list that there is a pool because yes there is but it isnt maintained properly and the pool area itself is very run down. The room before the pool area has a pool table in it but the sofas are literally all shredded. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, but you could see water damage and cracks in the walls. The staff were friendly! Breakfast was ok, it fed the kids before we hit the road. Overall, you get what you pay for, i booked thru expedia so got it for $67/night. It did its purpose for aplace to sleep and cheap way to feed the kids breakfast. The kids were bummed about the pool but oh well life goes on!"

"We were moving my son ,daughter in-law and grandbaby fro N.C. to IL and just needed a place to spend the night. I knew we weren't paying for anything special, but the room I was in had no toilet paper or tissue the carpet was dirty and the shower was gross. The room my sister and her husband were in had food crumbs on the bed and floor and the sheets were stained and disgusting. The room my son had was also dirty and they didn't want the baby to touch anything. On top of that we were overcharged from what the booking receipt had by 32.73. He said it had something to do with taxes. I am not buying that. We didn't have many options of hotels because we needed 3 rooms and had a pet with us and we didn't want to spend a lot for one night sleep. We couldn't wait to leave! We didn't get to the hotel until around 9PM and the person behind the desk acted like I didn't make reservations for 3 rooms and then he found it and gave us a key with no room # on it and no receipt. I had to ask for an itemized receipt with the room #s on it. We were so tired by then that we just had to deal with it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is also quite old and falling apart."
