"The staff was friendly. The table in my room wasn’t clean and had pieces of food scattered across it. There were dumpsters or construction containers around the back where it looked like a swimming pool used to be and was kind of an eyesore. I also didn’t sleep well due to other guests shouting at each other for a long time at 3am."

"Just a simple, clean, cheerful, no messing property with a bar that stays open late. Oh and a huge room that was super comfy, so yeah, fantastic overall!"

"We booked this hotel because of its convenient location and pet friendly. The hotel is clean but shows signs of wear. The breakfast was very good and plenty of seating. The room kitchen was stocked but the coffee maker did not work. All bath toiletries were good and used during our visit. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We were moving and Sonesta worked for us."

"I rented 2 rooms, 1 for my mother and 1 for me. We felt so unsafe due to their clientele that we stayed in the same room. They also allow smokers to gather right outside the front door entrance and smoke. There are no amenities. Very bare bones. If you are planning on an extended stay there are no plates/ glasses/ cookware which I thought was the purpose of a property like that. I will never stay there again. Do not recommend."

"The hotel was under construction during my stay, and there was noticeable construction noise. The hallways had a very strong, unpleasant smell—almost rotten or chemical-like. Thankfully, it wasn’t noticeable inside the room. I tried to be understanding, but the condition of the towels was unacceptable. The first towel I picked up had a large hole (about 4 inches) with worn, see-through fabric. The second had a visible yellow stain. The staff was super, super friendly! The breakfast was...
