"Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good! Had a comfortable stay but bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would like it to be but not unbearable. Overall room was clean! Still had a great stay!"

"Our main reason for choosing this property was it had an indoor pool. When we checked in, we were told the pool was not working and they didn’t know when it would be back in working order. This should be posted on their website. Another issue is that when I asked for a receipt at check out the young man did not seemed pleased. He was not very receptive at all to questions or acted as if he wanted to be there. My husband did appreciate the breakfast."

"I do not suggest this hotel. We chose it for the price since the others in the area wanted $300+ (high for a quick stay to break up a drive) and per usual, you get what you pay for. It was dirty, run-down, odd characters hung around the lobby, we turned on the water in the sink and the pipe below burst out water all over the carpet. Look for newer hotels if staying in the Roanoke, VA area. "

"Room was clean, but the temperature in 314 would not get the room as cold as we like it. Check-in process should move faster and a greeting goes a long way. We travel between NY and FL and we have literally stayed at this location 26 times in the last 2 years. The hotel is newer and clean. It depends who you get for the check in and out process. This hotel is filled with contractors and transient guests that expect hot coffee and breakfast. The last 3 stays have failed on providing either all...

"Enojyed using the awesome pool available. It was nice having an umbrella available with table and chairs and lounge chairs. The breakfast was very good with a hot breakfast available and other options. Bed was very comfortable."

"Fine stay when in Roanoke. Hotel is easily accessible from the airport and the staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is standard, but room is spacious and has anything you would need for a short stay. Parking is also easy and plentiful. "
