"Staff were super friendly and polite. The room is cute with a big bathroom but had no ventilation. There were windows but it kind of made the room smell musty. Other than that, the breakfast was amazing and this hotel is in the heart of Chania so easy to get around everywhere by foot."

"Clean room, delicious breakfast, polite and helpful staff. Perhaps more parking spaces could be made available. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay with a fantastic view from the balcony."

"We loved our stay here! The owner was extremely helpful when we couldn’t get access to the property at midnight and walked us through the steps. She also gave us a map and lots of help with parking! The location is great for walking around the old town, but parking was a bit difficult. The room was just as described, beautifully appointed, and the fridge had complimentary juice, water, fruit, and wine! An excellent stay."
