"This is a special place in a beautiful setting. While we used it as a base to explore the area, we made also made sure to relax in our beautiful courtyard and on premises. Our highlight was a cooking course with the two chefs, who were delightful and taught us a lot about Cretan cooking. The restaurant consistently produced high quality offerings for breakfast and dinner. We loved our stay here!"

"Food was really amazing in the buffet, you never tired of the variety and quality. Pool and the beach service was great, overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room quality was 1st rate. One minor issue in the maisonette is the very small wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom a small set of drawers would help. Top hotel."

"Vacation was great. The hotel is well maintained and the service is excellent. We didn't have WiFi service in our room and they provided a modem for a wireless connection. The beach is small and not the greatest, but pools are nice. They should have recycling bins and not just garbage bins. Also the tour we booked to Knossos and Heraklion was just a private taxi taking us around and the taxi driver wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible. Not the nicest. "The bar area of the hotel is really nice and the pool area and it’s on a beautiful beach. The breakfast was excellent and the food we ordered at lunch. The rooms were really nice and big. The Bathroom could be slightly more modern compared to the rooms but it was clean and fine. Would definitely go back to this hotel. "

"Hôtel très bien. Tout service sur place. Très jolis extérieurs. Très propre. Seul bémol c’est qu’à notre étage il y a eu beaucoup de bruit la première nuit des gens qui n’ont pas respectés. "Trouble connecting with staff - heating/air not working, kitchen sink leaking. Emails/texts on Expedia and WhatsApp not returned. Beautiful room though and premises - modern with all you need - breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of variety. Was there off season just as the area is readying for Spring. Will conclude that the communication issues were due to the early season timing. "
