"The room was clean and sufficient in size. It was basically a very small apartment. We found that there is no one at the desk to answer questions as the person that was there "didn't work there" so we would have to contact the owner on WhatsApp. We just dealt with the issue (more of my husband's lack of digital experience) and were fine. However, we got there at 3:05pm and there was no one to give any explanation of how anything in the place worked, which was very frustrating for us older folks...

"El checkin fue accidentado. Llegamos y el codigo no funcionaba en la puerta de la habitación y ya eran las 3 pm. Habiamos varios huéspedes con el mismo problema. Uno de los huéspedes hizo una llamada y resolvieron, de repente a todos nos funcionó el codigo respectivamente. En la habitación éramos dos personas y solo había un vaso, no había agua de tomar. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba. La temperatura mas baja tomaba era 25 grados y aun así l se sentía muy caliente. Por otro lado de o decir...

"Absolutely Horrible Experience – Dirty, Unsafe and Zero Customer Service! Our experience at SwissStar Irchel was absolutely horrible, with serious safety hazards in the room. Room 404 was extremely cramped and could not accommodate 3 people. Dangerously sharp furniture and fixtures around the bed. Even more disturbing, extremely sharp hooks directly above the headboard, right where someone could easily hit their head. It is completely unacceptable for sharp metal fixtures to be positioned...
