"We really enjoyed staying here. We didn’t bring our dog but really enjoyed giving pets to the dogs of the other guests. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and we enjoyed the fact that it’s close to restaurants."

"Our room was on the lower level, which felt like a basement (room had no windows). The room itself was okay, nice pitcher of water and glasses set out for us, which was nice. Linens and towels were good quality and very clean. Bed was comfortable, we slept well. Couldn’t wash my hair in shower because rainhead had weak pressure and would have taken forever to rinse out shampoo. "Chris at the front desk & Kacey at the bar/food area were both very helpful and friendly. Did not get the room serviced on Saturday and we had to call for more towels, which were available. The TV remote needed fresh batteries."

"The staff was very efficient and helpful. Location, great. Our room was a disappointment. Room was outdated, stuffy, and hadn't been cleaned properly. There were crumbs all over one of nightstands, with lots of little handprints on it. The outside wall with a window had a very large stain on it, which appeared to be patched, but still looked like we were staying at the site of an old crime scene. Also, no comfortable place to sit in lobby area :("

"i was disappointed in the breakfast. website said it was hot breakfast. only thing hot was scrambled eggs (no meat) & waffles that you cook yourself. also, the shower was fixed so that you could not cut the shower off to take a bath. Other than that, it was a good stay. "

"The desk clerk named “Mimi” was EXTREMELY HELPFUL to us when we discovered that our reservation had not been effective. She worked with us to get the same type of room that we thought we had reserved. Mimi should be recognized by her boss - she is a GREAT representative of what an employee SHOULD BE!!!"
