Reception staff were very friendly. Free upgrade was very generous because the room was luxurious. Spotless with a super sized bed and tv and mini fridge

I stay here all the time when I’m working as it’s straight onto the M6 so location is great BUT it’s the staff that are always lovely & helpful especially the amazing Jackie who is always there at breakfast and literally makes you feel happy & comfortable as she is extremely professional
