"Clean room and mostly friendly staff, with a few exceptions. The morning continental breakfast was a bit of a letdown; it felt like it was thrown together. Oddly, we weren't even told we could order a hot breakfast until we were checking out, so we assumed the continental was all that was available based on how the morning restaurant staff presented things. "Large pieces of broken glass on the floor outside the closet. Room carpeting was noticeably unvacuumed with plastic tags on the floor from new clothing of previous inhabitant. The safe was also not working. Called the front desk, described my issues, requested another room. Desk manager came up, apologized, handed me a key for a room on a different floor. I showed him the glass he really didn’t care so much nor did anyone help us move to the other room. We made 2 trips, no big deal....

The AC was extremely loud in the summer if it is needed. The bathroom is also very cramped. The whole hotel feels like that it has not been updated for decades."
