"Clean condo however very limited household items. Only 2 towels no other linens. The shower and tub were dirty with hair on the walls. The water was lukewarm at best. "

"Staff was not helpful at all. When we entered the room at 3pm, the room was a mess and hadn’t been cleaned yet. Reached out to the staff and they said all we ca do is try to get ahold of the owner. Called the hosting company and they said we would get late check out at 12pm but a housekeeper with out knocking came into the room at 11pm. Support over phone said we would receive a credit and still haven’t received it. Overall was a horrible stay and would not recommend! PLS BOOK ELSEWHERE! "

"The room was in good condition and good location. The problem is we had no wifi or ability to watch TV the entire stay, and the owner has yet to respond to our concerns still to this day."

"Disappointing and heart breaking! The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated with great views but filthy. The carpets were disgusting and stained, the walls dirty, the bathroom had mold, the washer was disgusting. A closet door was broken. It was sad to stay in nice place with potential, a good deep cleaning can turn it around. The facilities were ok, the pool and seating areas needed some up keeping. It had great views, parking was easy, however I will never stay there again as the the place...

"Le mobilier était vieux et usé par le temps et les passages, le réfrigérateur était dans un état catastrophique et la propreté laissait à désirer. Nous avons dû laver tous les draps et les serviettes, le parquet était très abîmé autour du climatiseur et celui-ci était extrêmement bruyant, aucun service de ménage n'était inclus et il n'y avait ni aspirateur ni balai pour faire un peu de ménage. Bref, vous trouverez facilement mieux tout proche et dans les meme prix."

"The check-in process was fine however, the instructions of where the parking pass was was not where it was supposed to be so I ended up spending $80 for the private valet. I also asked for towels multiple times and never received any. I also called the phone number that they sent to call with no answer.. The bathroom door did not close. And the shower was not regulated. It was just very very hot. The upside is it’s got a beautiful view and a kitchen and the hotel itself is stunning. Next time I...

"Clean room, kind staff, great location."

"The room was disgusting. Old soiled carpet. Spilled crusty food on the sofa bed. A leaking faucet that had a permanent wet spot in the carpet near the kitchen. 2 toilets constantly running. No sheets left for sofa bed. On top of all this, I got charged $310 for a cleaning fee for this dump"

They are serviced by the hotel, who make the cleaning charge is made upon departure. This wasn’t made clear, or indicated during the booking process. Be warned!"
