"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past few years. Great location attached to Dadeland mall. Staff is always helpful and facilitating. Front Desk Supervisor, Charlie, was particularly helpful during our latest stay. Tried his best to accomodate us when we arrived early for check-in. No negatives to highlight. "

"I have going to the Biltmore for over thirty years. The hotel and architecture is amazing. Unfortunately, the hotel needs some tend loving care. The pool area was disgusting. There is NO REASON why this area should be unkept with the paint on pool deck almost too disgusting to walk on. Holes in the stucco from the parrots. I know its the off-season but the condition of the pool (with large junks of plaster coming off the bottom of the pool) and the paint on the pool deck, well it was not...
