"This place is one of worst apartments we have rented from. Per email we’re supposed to have code for the key box 72 hours. Then it said 30 mins before check in. No code was ever given. We had to then call 4 numbers to even a property manager to let us in. When you walked into apartment all you could smell was weed. We finally got into apartment at 345. We change clothes and head to pool for an hour. Which there is no signage or map to property any where. Mind this is why rented this...

"There were a few things that needed attention. The bathroom faucet was broke and spewed water everywhere if you turned it on just a little too hard. There was only one TV remote and the battery cover was broke. That being said it was an enjoyable stay and location was convient."

"Very noisy units, stayed in one unit for 8 nights which facing the highway and street. Windows are not soundproof. Couldn’t sleep at all"

"Excellent, avec le temps les séjours en hôtel me sont devenus insupportable car trop impersonnels et usants. Les chambres des hôtels sont étriquées, bruyante et peu adaptées pour les journées de travail d'intérieur. Cet appartement était tout simplement époustouflant pour moi. "I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Texas!! We made lots of plans but we enjoyed playing games and relaxing in the townhouse."

"Clean property, quiet neighborhood and awesome staff. "

"Unable to give a review about the property because we were unable to use it because we never received the secure link we were supposed to get and when we arrived we were unable get ahold of anyone to get assistance to get in. If you call the number listed (972)513-8529 it will either go straight to v/m and it's uncertain whether you will be able to leave a message or not. Expedia itself has not been helpful either with this so I'll probably not be booking through them anymore."

"This hotel will ask for a lot of your information via email communication; that is due to the fact that they dont have an office. Nor do they have a sign, this is a few floors at an apartment complex. The room was nice, it has a washer and dryer, which is atypical from other hotels; a large kitchen, and full of amenities. However, the dated halls and stained carpets were like you were walking into a foreign land from the lobby where the Hilton is. The hotel was late in sending me the check in...
