"The room was clean. There is basically no staff. This is virtual check in and check out. However, after being told there was no ice available to the one bedroom rentals; one person delivered ice to our room. There are no instructions to exit the garage so I was charged $25 dollars for a lost ticket so I could exit the garage as there was no pin pad available to put the PIN number to exit. So… I paid $55 dollars just to park.
My pin to enter my room did not work so I asked for another pin. The second pin set off an alarm so I ended up standing outside my room for almost 30 mins while awaiting someone by phone to help. After midnight there were motorcycles raising on the streets below so we heard their exhaust for a couple of hours while they had fun on the streets below.
The room was very bare minimum with no bottles of water offered.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the pillows were comfortable.
The instructions to get to my room was sketchy with some photos. Which I was able to access once I got to my room because the internet was basically unusable in the hallways and garage area.
Once I figured it all out it was okay. But very frustrating at first time gaining access to my room."
