"There was no clear indication of how we accessed the property. Despite trying to communicate with the owner, there was no response. We had to just turn up and hope for the best. Luckily, after getting to the pod, the key was there and the stay was good. It has everything you need and is in a great location. "

"Its extremely centrally located, which made it super easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The property was easy to check in and out from. I was in one of the small loft rooms, and the room was clean, there was plenty of space for me to spread out. My window overlooked the back garden which offered a sense of privacy, especially since I had the window open most of the time. Overall, a wonderful stay - would highly recommend, especially for a soli traveller."

"The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."

"Really lovely place! I didn’t know what to expect when I booked this hotel, as places in England can be hit or miss, but I was pleasantly surprised! It’s in a beautiful historic location. Check-in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. Our room was very spacious and had plenty of room for my family of four. The jacuzzi was nice and warm. "Stayed 2 nights good hotel friendly staff (mostly) beds comfortable (pillows not so) only my opinion room very nice bit warm for me air con not cool enough again thats only me as i dont like a warm bedroom. The worst thing for me was food although good was very expensive "

"We’ve been to the Burstin many times over the years, we particularly like staying in the balcony rooms. It does urk me though that you seem to be unable to request a balcony room when booking. They are always lumped in with the other Sea view rooms and it’s getting to be more frequent that we are unsuccessful in being allocated one. "
