"My experience here was a bit odd. The first room I got was not clean, the best was squeaky and I felt really uncomfortable and it was right near the breakfast room and WAS loud I didn’t sleep and it didn’t have a bathtub. They were kind and moved me to another room, the staff were fantastic. "

Also on our floor you could get snacks from a vending machine but had to go to a different floor for a drink vending machine. I never saw ice. "

The room had no smoke alarm, the HVAC unit was dirty, broken, and had exposed wiring, and during the night I woke up with cockroaches on me. I immediately contacted the front desk. Although another room was offered, the conditions made it impossible for me to stay. I requested a refund and was told the manager would call me in the morning. He never did. "Didn’t like the room layout, bath needs a little updating. Bed was only queen, not overly comfortable. Did not use any amenities nor breakfast. Close to highway, nothing to walk to. Do not clean room daily. Nothing bad but not great."
