"Staff: excellent! welcoming, friendly, helpful and at all times professional.
Rooms (42 - double accessible & 219 -single): both very comfortable, spotlessly clean and proportionally spacious - the only slight negative was lack of soundproofing from adjacent rooms and plumbing - not overly loud or continuous but irritating at times.

Über dem Klo ist eine Platte bei der eine Schraube gefehlt hat. Die Matratze ist eher hart, muss man mögen. Der Fernseher ist aus 2010 und sehr klein.

"The hotel was deplorable. Expedia should not even offer this as an option.it is a youth hostel, not a hotel. The entrance was run down and filthy. We paid 400 plus for the room for the night. We saw some 20 year old and they said they paid 99.00 for 2 nights. The elevator wasn't working and we were on the 5th floor. The employee carried the big bags up but not down the 5 flights. No shampoo, conditioner or soap. The towels were the size of a bath mat.Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.Pillow smelled...
