"Central location. Nice hotel"

"This hotel is masquerading as a 4Star facility at a 5Star location. No privileges given being platinum vip at this hotel. Front desk wanted to charge for shower only bathroom even though I was paying for king deluxe. Room was very outdated and poorly cleaned. Toilet, sink, bathtub in need of replacement and flooring was buckling. Living room countertop unhinged and refrigerator was not clean. Stay at adjacent Hilton or Skyveiw Suites. I was lucky that I only had 3 days in the hotel."

"The breakfast was delicious. The coffee and Thai tea very delicious as well. The desserts for 4 PM was delicious.The bar drinks was delicious. Everything was delicious. The room was cleaned. The staff was very friendly and nice and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay now . I will be back real soon. Thank you."

"The location is very convenient! about a 5-7 min walk to Phrom Phong BTS station. Overall, the hotel is clean, spacious, and shares a Soi with 7-Eleven which is very nice. We stayed for a week and used all the amenities. Great place to stay and everyone is extremely nice! "

"I was a member in the club and was able to smoke a cigar outside on the terrace. I enjoyed the young lady Emily, who was able to be extremely nice and hospitable. Also Celine a new trainee at the front desk, spoke great English and was able to recommend locations around town"
