"I had an excellent stay at this property. Initially I was a bit worried about how the experience would be, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were very neat, clean, and well maintained with modern facilities that made the stay very comfortable. Everything was well organized and the environment felt safe and welcoming. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay."

"Arrived early at the hotel. Staff would not check us in and wanted us to pay for extra night despite us arriving at 5 am. Paid for the extra night. Small rooms, breakfast is just okay, not upto 5* standards. Stayed at other 5* hotels , lots of choices. Would I return to this hotel? Most likely not! Turned us off at checkin, then got turned off seeing the room size and bathroom. "

"We stayed twice in Ashoka , room 522 , no hot water just luke warm , shower head dripping ice cold water while using hand held shower, 5 nights in that room, then 757 three nights, not bad , staff is very pushy about tipping, very bad , even using the toilet, they see me coming, run to the washroom , take out paper towel from dispenser and give it you , asking for tip or give you pathetic look , not very comfortable, I would give this hotel 3 stars , stayed in Holiday inn express in Jaipur , very clean , no one harassing you , very pleasant staff "

"My girlfriends and I were first given rooms on 5th floor! When we stepped out of the elevator experiences a musty smell which comes from water damage ! Same with the room too ! Ridiculous! We were moved to different floor ! The building from outside also looks like a dump ! After experiencing Shangri-La in Bangalore, and in Singapore, this property was a let down !"

"We booked this via Intrepid tour. Jackhammer going on till 11 o’clock at night when I had to call. Musty rooms, but staff tried should be able to do better for that price."
