"Overall, it was a good experience, the staff were very helpful and courteous.
Wasn't satisfied with the water heating system and the internet.
The water gets cold on you while taking a shower and the internet, well, slow and sometimes unavailable.
They did come up with solutions to this, but it was a repeated issue."

"Expedia needs to give me a refund for advertising a death trap, a cave of criminals as an hotel. Place stank of urine, mud and dust was everywhere, Bola Olugbodi asked me to pay again although I had paid on expedia. Booked for 2 nights, stayed awake for 1 night and checked out in the morning. Sat on a dirty floor watching the door all night, had to put tables and chairs against the door. Door had no lock. Place was so dirty, smelly, noisy, old and dilapidated. No pool or breakfast. Don't stay...

"Ich habe nicht den Zimmer bekommen den ich gebucht habe.
Ich habe eine luxuriöse Zimmer mit Balkon and extra Sofabett gebucht.
Leider habe ich eine andere Zimmer bekommen den ich nicht gebucht habe. Das Internet hat kaum funktioniert. Das Frühstück war schrecklich und nicht essbar. Ich würde niemals dort wohnen.
Ich werde auch den bezahlten Differenz zurück verlangen.
Vielen Dank

"If you book online, the hotel will charge nearly double the price of the actual room rate displayed at reception. The price of the “basic” room when you book online is not commensurate with the accommodations you will receive and you will be better off looking at nearby hotels and booking there since the price you pay could get you a room three times the size of the basic at ANY of the hotels within walking distance. This was infact what we ended up doing and our only saving grace was that we...
