"Not at all what you would come to expect from a W. They should rebrand to something else because it’s fine for a whatever hotel but nowhere near good enough for a W. Checkin took forever, no idea why, there wasn’t any line. They didn’t even explain where the bar/pool/anything was. You have to take 2 elevators to the rooms which is super annoying. We had booked a reso at the bar a month out and when we got to the bar they had no idea who we were. We didn’t even bother with the pool/spa area because we heard it wasn’t great. Takes forever to get to anything from this location in bogota. Wouldn’t recommend, lots of better options "

"El café y las comidas son muy precarias. La atención del personal muy atentos. Es un hotel de paso para citas de trabajo. No es para turismo ni descanso. Sugiero que las sillas en las habitaciones sean más amables y cómodas para el viajero. Y siempre pensar en dos sillas si son dos que duermen… los detalles cuentan. La zona da la sensación de poca limpieza de ciudad y los mercados de artesanos en la calle en vez de encantar dan sensación de sucio y desorden. Muchos indigentes."

"No me gusto la luz con sensor, los segundos sin luz afectan la visión. El inodoro está mal hecho, la tapa cae por una repisa que esta sobre el, los switches para cargar los aparatos móviles no servían"
