"Overall a nice stay. Rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are a little run down. Staff was really pleasant and professional and went the extra miles to help. Bad experience with the restaurant and terrible buffet breakfast, but that can be improved."

There were health and safety risk within the room ie the fridge cabinet door was damaged could not be closed, same with the shower door. There was a persistent awful and disgusting smell from the toilet /shower room. Convenience was poor ie something as simple as a bed switch for the light was absent.. The room internal walls and door were stained, dirt behind the bed, holes on parts of the wall paper, and more. "

"Lairs upon lies. we booked for 2 rooms that they say have 4 king bed. only to be given 1 room with 1 king bed. we were told they could not see our reservation on expedia. yet they saw one room. the offered to move us to a 3 room. At the end, they charge us 195k at check out even though we paid $65 on expedia. pls don't book"
