"The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants are nice too, but I had paid for three breakfasts for three nights, then I paid for a forth night in the same room, and they would not let me use my prepaid, but unused, breakfast from the day before. It left a bad taste in my mouth about this hotel as it felt a bit unfair and stingy. The customer service just isn’t up to the level of a classy hotel."

"We were treated like royalty by the owners, the staff is excellent and very attentive and helpful, the property is wonderful, like a museum, with the most exquisite paintings and other works of art, a beautiful garden and swimming pool, the breakfast is outstanding, the location is perfect, quiet, safe and close to Brooklyn Mall and restaurants.
