"So near and yet so far? The bottom like is that the booking procedure shows so many images of so many apartments with different fittungs.
When you actually get your Apartment and you realise there is a small kitchenette and I mean small combat, but that does not include a Hob to Cook on, no any washing for laundry equipment either, I felt a little bit flat down. Especially when you consider that I had bought washing tubs on some chicken to cook! What’s even more bizarre is the generic welcome...

"This was one of the loveliest hotel ive ever stayed in. The room was enormous with wonderful views. Clean, with a relaxing spa bath to end the day. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.
I loved every minute of my experience here. Across the road from the most beautiful Scarborough beach. Will definitely visit again for a much longer period of time, next time. "

"Didnt have the best experience here.
We specifically booked this hotel as we needed to be near the airport.
I rang for the airport shuttle and was told to wait by stop E. After 30 mins of waiting we called and were told it should be stop M.
After 1.5 hours we finally made it to the hotel. The whole thing could have been prevented by better comms from the hotel.
The entire website talks about the airport shuttle but no where does it say 'if you arrive at terminal X go to stop ?'. The whole...

"The view from my room was great, and could watch the sunset.
The room was massive and with a balcony overlooking the marina.
When I booked the room in Expedia it was supposed to be room with a jet spa, 65” tv and free Netflix but no spa, 45”tv and you have to signup to Netflix to watch.
I called reception to sort it out, receptionist said she’ll sort it out and call me back but never did.
Not a huge deal, it was a nice stay."

"Apartment was quite basic in appearance.Could do with brightening up and maybe pictures on the walls. We were expecting more modern apartments.
A fair walk to the town and local restaurants but doable if you dont mind a walk.
No sunrise view from the lounge only from upstairs front bedroom. Back bedroom quite dark and dreary. No Tv.
It did what we wanted for 2 nights as we were out alday and out for dinner at night but if we were staying longer we'd feel it was too drab.
