"One staff member was not friendly or pleasant. Our room was supposed to be cleaned on Sunday, 4/26, but it was never cleaned, so we went to mention this to the front desk. We were met with an argument/debate. "Was disappointed in the hotel. Very nice looking but could not get our room cleaned in a timely manor. Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room.
