"The room advertised does not look anything like the room it is we got in the hotel. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. It was not made up. There was soap in the tub that was melted. When we went to the office. There was another customer complaining, wanting a refund they were told corporate would not allow that they put us in another room. The last room in town it had gnats and was dirty. Highly recommend stay away."

"The owner of the house, Colleen was like an angel. My grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as Sunnyside and I had no idea and I know she would be happy that I ended up in the Hands of such a beautiful soul. She cooks like an amazing southern chef and is so hospitable. She has two very friendly and beautiful dogs and makes you feel right at home. I came for a family reunion and I think I added to the family! My husband and I are extremely happy and we can’t wait to come back!"

"First, I thought I booked a king-size bed, but we ended up with a queen-size in a very small room. Your site said there was an elevator but we got there to discover it wasn’t functioning. I managed the stairs, but I do have mobility problems and was frustrated there was no elevator. We didn’t mind the policy of no shoes, but the mat in front of the door was wet from rain, and we ended up with wet socks. "The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was lovely. Love the room, tho it seemed like it hadn’t been used in a while. The jacuzzi tub didn’t work but worked as a regular tub, nonetheless. Parking was not good. The reason for not having 5 stars is parking. Only 2 parking spots to be used on the street. The driveway on the property only has room for 2 cars. The place has 4 guest rooms. We had to park behind someone, but was asked several times to move & let them out. Or we had to keep checking to...

"We have been to Natchez many times, and talked about staying here. I’m glad that we did, because the staff was very nice and accommodating. The location is prefect, and the view from our room was amazing. We especially enjoyed the large flowering pink trees outside our window. Even though it was hot outside we still went for a walk along the river. The beds were very comfortable. However we were not impressed with the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom was okay, but the floor was not clean,...

"This is a perfect place to relax. The beds are wonderful. The host goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. His breakfast was outstanding. The cottage has two porches to relax and have a glass of wine, read a book, or just have a quiet conversation. Any time you are in Natchez, MS. "Our host, who doesn't live in the house, gave us free run of the place since no one else had rented the other bedroom. The place was comfortable but not updated. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with her. She provided us with a nice breakfast using eggs from her own hens."

"The Lobby has been updated and modernized but nothing else above the 1st floor matches it.Various Owners since the late 90's; New Owner just took over 3wks ago. The Property needs some maintenance repairs and All rooms need updates. Very good complimentary breakfast. Some very nice staff persons, nice pool, nice gym !"
