"This hotel was great. It was in a good location, able to walk to several restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The nightly entertainment was fun. It says it has a designated smoking area, but it was lacking any place to sit. They also said you could smoke in the parking lot but there weren’t any ash trays. There should also be a trash bin in the pool area. Will stay here again."

"Excellent budget travel or vacation option! The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. Everything in the room functioned properly. The hotel is quietly situated away from town. There are several options close to the hotel for basic supplies. The location is good in that everything, the town or nearby islands, are all about 15 to 20 minutes away. The perfect quiet, stress-free pivot point for everything in the area."

"Room was very clean is an old hotel but rooms are updated the bed was very soft and comfortable the hotel is right in the center of all the shops and restaurants no need to drive most things was in walking distance."

"The property is beautiful and conveniently located close to The beach with easy access. We rented bikes from the hotel and the island bike trail Is right off the property . We spent alot of the time at the pool and there were ample chairs and umbrellas and the foliage around the pool takes the experience to a higher level Chairs are located outside the rooms and we sat outside with coffee in the morning and there was never sun beating down on us"

"The property itself is very lovely and rich with history. It was peaceful to walk around and observe the beautiful oak trees. My room however had carpet with stains everywhere. I was surprised for the cost of the room that the carpet looked really dirty."

"We were on a time crunch and our hosts had stopped at the hotels a couple days prior to see if we could get early check in, only to be greeted by a girl at the front desk sitting on a chair with her shoes off and chomping on a pork chop, Seriously? Her reply was basically NO can do to our hosts. Is this the type of people Best Western hires to represent their brand? Pretty unprofessional and lacking serious customer skills."

"Does NOT have a pool, does NOT provide breakfast. See photo of the sign posted as well; but the pool is permanently closed. The ice machine is "temporarily" out of service, but the notice stating this looks like it had been up for a couple of months. They say the rates are lower for not having a pool anymore, and they offer to give you a refund if you don't want to stay - knowing that most people are not going to hassle with finding a new place and having to pay last-minute rates. "Most things about our stay were lovely! The property is beautiful and the rooms were clean. There were only two issues - one was how hard the bed was. I know that everyone has their preferences but this bed was practically rock hard to me. On the other end of the spectrum, my husband liked the firmness. You know what you prefer, so take this information and use it how you will. The second was a slightly rude encounter with the security guard. My husband was trying to get the TV to come on and...
