チェックイン時にもそのことを伝え、スタッフからは用意すると言われていましたが、外出の後部屋へ戻るとベッドは届いていませんでした。
何かの手違いかと思い電話で依頼すると、1度目は今向かっている、しばらく待てとのこと。
しかし、しばらく待っても全く来ないため再度連絡すると、エキストラベッドは追加できないと言われました。
であれば、チェックイン時に追加できないと言うべきですし、予約時に何度もメールのやり取りを しているので、その時に言うべきでは？
3名の宿泊でダブルベッド二台と非常に窮屈な状態で過ごしました？"

"Little America Hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked most basic room ( Garden View room) located not in a tower, but in one of the two story buildings. "The front desk staff and cleaning staff was courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was hearty and absolutely delicious with lots of different options. Our room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Parking was easy, and although our stay in Utah wasn't long enough to use the indoor pool, it looked very nice and well kept. There were several delicious restaurant choices within a mile of us along with nearby shopping. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. "

"I’m not really sure why this place is rated so well .
The front desk staff was great and that was the only good part.
Every single trash on each elevator floor was shoved full , some trash in bags next to the trash can .
When we arrived I checked the bathroom and there were hairs in the shower , on the floor and the counter of the bathroom. The phone in the room and all surfaces . After getting our suitcase set up I noticed a piece of toenail on the floor .
The staff gave us some $ off ."

"Great stay for a family of 3, King bed with a pull out couch, comfy beds, good blackout drapes, easy check in, very clean new hotel and lobby, pool and hot tub area was nice and clean, good location, easy to find, parking was easy, friendly staff, close to Walmart and tons of restaurants (handy after a long day of travel). We only stayed 1 night and left before breakfast so did not get a chance to try that. Would recommend!"
