"The Kiln Hotel in Wakefield has the look and feel of a run down American Motel that has been abandoned several decades ago. Desperately in need of refurbishment it appears that the new owners have not made any improvements since taking over from Campanile Hotels. "Our stay at the Ramada Wakefield was extremely disappointing and left us feeling unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Several members of staff were cold and unfriendly throughout our stay. The most frustrating issue was with housekeeping.
