"Location was 2 blocks from underground. Hotel was clean and well appointed with washer/dryer and kitchenette. The restaurant and bar were closed during our stay. Be aware that the loft bed is basically on the floor. It was fine for us, but not for older adults. Had to book (for an additional cost) a room with a regular bed height (so they did not have a small sitting area). Emails went unanswered prior to our stay regarding this issue."

"It was clean and spacious. Washing machine in the apartment was a real plus! Staff were very helpful. Elevators had a glitch when we were checking out, so I had to climb 10 flights of stars, but that’s a first-world problem. The food in the restaurant was excellent and so was the service. The young man who served us (he was from Egypt…I didn’t get his name) was very kind and professional. Our daughter was not feeling great and we were getting a take-away order for her, and he insisted on taking...

"Excellent rooms. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is too expensive for what you get. I would definitely stay there again. So walkable. Close to train station, metro and short walk to Mariplatz. "
