"First room wasnt cleaned, but staff apologized sincerely and provided another room and a sweet gift bag. This room was well-cleaned and in good order. Downtown Hamilton has seen better days. Our room was overlooking the Tim Hortons parking lot, which featured such characters as the Running Man, the Wig Assassin, the Car Dodging Street Dancer. All good people I'm sure, but maybe not who you're imagining. It was a nice stay, to be honest. I would book here again."

"I had a single room for one night. The check-in woman was very pleasant. The room was very clean and neat. I was concerned that there was only a simple push button lock on the door handle with no slide lock or way to deadbolt the door. Being a single senior female I was a bit concerned so I pushed the armchair up against the door and it was wedged tightly between the door and bed so I was satisfied it would be secure. The furnishings were older but in good shape. The bathroom was very small but clean and functional. I would stay there again but ask for a room with a chain slide lock or deadbolt. The room was affordable and the bed was comfortable."
