"The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The listing pictures were exactly like our room and the courtyard is absolutely adorable!! The rooms are within a locked automatic gate, but the area itself felt very safe and walkable.
