"Property was nice, staff were great. Parking was kinda limited as there is a restaurant connected to the hotel. Our shower could have been cleaned better but overall our stay was good & the price wasn’t bad for the area & I booked it last minute! Beach was right down the street & shops nearby! Overall a wonderful stay! "

"Outside of the property (2 story with outside steps) was very old and looked rundown. Inside was dirty with mud on the floor. bed was clean and sufficient for one night quick stay. People sitting around outside all night smoking weed. Our Door would not lock. A/C worked fine. NO breakfast of any kind. No bugs. "

"All I have to say is Richard was the only pleasant employee there. There was a gentleman that worked the dayshift and he was very rude and not supportive or caring or understanding. The elevator was broken and he didn’t even offer help. He said there is no butler service or any sort of thing and I had to bring my baggage up and down three double sets of staircases with my injuries and disability and it was unacceptable. Couldn’t brush my teeth how to get bottled water couldn’t really take a shower cause the water smelled so bad.The car rental places were rude and beware of tollway pass and insurance are already have. "Room was in bad shape. The shower curtain had mold, the grout was falling off, the bathroom door wouldn't shut completely, and I found a live bug in the bathroom. The valet service took forever as there was always a line. We waited 30-40 minutes almost every time for our car. Didn't have enough time to check out the outdoor pool but it was a descent size. The only good thing was the view."
