"Clean rooms, great view, friendly people "

"Room was fairly clean but housekeeping had left cleaning rags on the sink. Young man who checked us in was friendly but didn’t give us the accessible room I reserved just a first floor room.No Kleenex in room and no stoppers in either sink or bathtub. Room lights were only the one at the bed and over sink. Bathroom light was ok. Bathtub didn’t have grab bars only one outside of the tub "

"I actually called what I thought was the front desk and asked if they had rooms with hot tubs in them and they said yes but they are all booked up but there’s a hot tub onsite! I even asked if it was a nice hot tub and they said it was! So I told person I was going to go book on hotels.com cuz I could get a better rate! So I did, checked into my room and first thing I did was get in my shorts and head down to hot tub and as I entered pool area no hot tub! I’m currently staying in an rv and am sick so I got this so I could relax and mellow out while being sick but nope! So yes I’ve done everything you probably are thinking why didn’t he do this well the answer is I did! I called before and did everything right and was told that maybe the next day they could make it right and comp me a room that I wanted! Yesh right! When I call back the second day the manager on duty hangs up on me because it’s to hard for her to just comp me a room and have me pay difference today! So here I am telling you this whole process they have is both BS and criminal to take a persons money then blame it on everyone else but yourself just to make a buck! "
