"I would have given the hotel a 5 star rating except for the amenities (a management issue, not related to the excellent of the staff or facility). There was no automatic coffee maker in the room as well as no disposal cups for use in the bathroom. Visitors were required to obtain coffee or hot water from a dispenser in the lobby. "This hotel would definitely benefit from some updates and renovations. The check in process was slow, but the staff was nice. The hotel room wasn't dirty but it looked old and worn. The bathroom sink faucet wasn't working properly, which made it difficult to turn off the water. The bed was clean and comfortable. The pool was closed for maintenance. Overall, the experience was just okay. We selected this property due to it's close proximity to our friends' house whom we were visiting."
